Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Date Rescheduling (Free of Charge)

If your preferred puja date needs to change due to construction delays, builder keys handover, or family travel:

• Notice: Please inform Pandit Ji at least 24 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled Muhurat via WhatsApp or direct call.
• New Muhurat: Pandit Ji will calculate the next best auspicious Shubh Muhurat for your ceremony according to the Hindu Panchang at no additional consultation charge.
• Re-scheduling Limit: You can reschedule your ceremony without any penalty fees.

2. Booking Cancellation Policy

In the event that you must cancel a scheduled ceremony entirely:

• Standard Bookings (No Advance Taken): For regular puja bookings where dakshina is payable post-ceremony, there are zero cancellation fees. We simply request that you notify us promptly so that Pandit Ji's time slot can be made available to other devotees in Bangalore.
• Special Muhurat Advance Bookings: For high-demand festival dates (e.g., Akshaya Tritiya, Vasant Panchami, Gudi Padwa) or large events (e.g., full-day Vivah Sanskar or 24-hour Akhand Ramayan Path) where a token advance deposit was made:
  • Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the ceremony receive a 100% full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 to 72 hours: The advance amount can be credited 100% toward any future Vedic puja or family consultation within 12 months.

3. Puja Samagri Kit Refunds

If you ordered a customized samagri package to be supplied by Pandit Ji:

• If canceled prior to procurement (at least 24 hours in advance), 100% of the samagri fee is refunded.
• Perishable fresh offerings (fresh mango leaves, fresh flowers, betel leaves, and fresh milk) procured on the day of the ceremony cannot be refunded once delivered. All non-perishable sealed samagri (pure ghee, hawan samagri, dry dravyams) remains fully eligible for credit or refund.

4. Refund Processing Timeframes

When a monetary refund is approved:

• UPI refunds (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) are processed instantly or within 24 hours.
• Bank account transfers (IMPS / NEFT) are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Zero hidden deduction charges or processing fees will be levied.

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Priest (Force Majeure)

In the extremely rare event that Pandit Ankit Kumar Pandey Ji cannot personally conduct the ceremony due to sudden medical illness or unforeseen force majeure events:

• We will promptly arrange an equally qualified, Varanasi Gurukul-educated Vedic Pandit from our trusted local Purohit network with your advance approval.
• If you do not wish for an alternate priest, you are entitled to an immediate 100% full refund of any token advance paid.
