All Vedic pujas, hawans, vivah ceremonies, and astrological consultations (Jyotish / Shubh Muhurat guidance) conducted by Pandit Ankit Kumar Pandey Ji are sacred religious and cultural practices rooted in ancient Sanatan Dharma traditions and Vedic scriptures. Outcomes, divine blessings, and spiritual experiences are inherently matters of personal faith, belief, and devotion. These traditional services do not promise or guarantee specific financial, medical, psychological, romantic, or legal results, and do not serve as a substitute for certified medical, psychological, legal, or financial professional counsel.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting hindipuja.top, submitting an inquiry, or booking a Vedic ceremony with Pandit Ankit Kumar Pandey Ji, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. Booking & Scheduling Guidelines
- Advance Consultation: Bookings for major ceremonies (such as Griha Pravesh, Vivah Sanskar, and Maha Rudrabhishek) are typically confirmed 3 to 15 days in advance based on Vedic Panchang Shubh Muhurats.
- Doorstep Reach: Pandit Ji serves all residential localities, apartments, villas, and independent houses across Bangalore (BBMP and BDA areas).
- Direct Priest Coordination: You coordinate directly with Pandit Ji without middlemen, broker agencies, or third-party call centers.
3. Dakshina & Samagri Transparency
In alignment with Sanatan Dharma, the dakshina offered to the Purohit is an honorarium reflecting mutual respect, tradition, and service. We believe in 100% financial transparency:
- All ceremony dakshina and samagri options are communicated clearly upfront on WhatsApp or call before confirmation.
- There are zero hidden charges, sudden extra demands, or surprise post-puja fees.
- Payment of dakshina is completed conveniently upon the conclusion of the ceremony via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer, or cash.
4. Apartment Safety & Society Compliance
For ceremonies taking place in high-rise Bangalore apartment societies:
- We utilize pure dried herbal samidha (mango wood), 100% pure desi cow ghee, and natural camphor that produce fragrant, low-smoke vapors designed to respect sensitive residential smoke detectors.
- The host family is responsible for ensuring basic ventilation (opening balcony doors/windows) and compliance with their respective resident welfare association (RWA) bylaws.
5. Host Family Responsibilities
To ensure the spiritual sanctity of the ritual:
- The puja area should be cleansed prior to Pandit Ji's arrival.
- The host family arranges perishable household offerings (clean drinking water, fresh milk, seasonal fruits, and fresh marigold/rose flowers) as per the shared checklist.
- Family members participating in the main Sankalpa are encouraged to take a bath and wear traditional clean attire.
6. Code of Conduct & Mutual Respect
Pandit Ankit Kumar Pandey Ji conducts all ceremonies with authentic Sanskrit mantras, solemn dignity, and warmth. We maintain an environment of mutual respect, punctuality, and devotional reverence for all participating devotees.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
